The app allows users to keep track of their grocery expenditure. Expenses on any barcoded product can be captured on the App.

As you scan product barcodes during shopping, you capture the product price and the app automatically calculates the total cost of your grocery before you get to the till. No surprises at the till and no need to use your iPhone calculator. When you checkout, your purchase data is stored on the phone. A number of reports allow you to analyze your expenditure. You can determine expenditure over a certain period of time, determine price variation on the products you purchased and determine price history of a particular product. You will also be able to track the retailer where you spend most of your money.

You can also create multiple shopping lists that you can use during your shopping. As you scan products using your phone camera, they are automatically removed from your shopping list. You can always compare products in your cart versus the shopping list. There’s no need to carry a paper shopping list. For certain products, you will also be able to view the nutritional information of the product.
